Here is a very showy honeysuckle you will want to keep close to home. Enjoy its delightful fragrance on a fence or arbor, near a car park or along a winding path. Long-lasting yellow and white blooms appear over and over throughout spring and summer, and hummingbirds are frequent visitors.
Unlike more aggressive honeysuckle, this non-invasive vine will grow just 8-10 feet and needs very little pruning to keep it tidy. As the season comes to a close, birds will enjoy red berries on this rambling favorite. One of the most fragrant of all honeysuckles, this particular variety will not disapoint.
Our honeysuckles are grown as a bush to the get the most stems available, unlike others, which stake a single vine on a stick with little or no body. Our plants will have a minimum of 4 or more vines per plant for more opportunity to get a fuller trellis or fence hedge quicker. Plant spacing for fences and arbors should be 3 feet apart, and for trellises 4 feet apart will do the trick.
