Condition of Sale

After your order is submitted and completed, your credit card will be charged immediately. You agree that your order will be processed and delivered without a signature. The delivery carrier will leave the package(s) unsupervised unless other arrangements are, made by you, with our customer service department ahead of shipping.


Limited Conditional Warranty: Warranty is limited to guaranteeing plants will arrive safely and in good and healthy condition, true to name, and the Seller receives prompt notice (within 24 hours of delivery) of any problem accompanied by photo validation. We do not refund or credit any plant. If there is actual damage to your plant, we will review the claim, and if valid, we will gladly replace the plant. No other additional, extended or long-term Warranty is expressed or implied.

Minor broken branches and some leaf discoloration is considered cosmetic and normal for shipping plants through the mail. Keep in mind when if this happens these minor issues will not affect the health of your plants and trees. 

Loose soil does not qualify for a replacement. Simply return loose soil to the container, water it thoroughly, wait for a day or two, and plant as our planting guide advises.


The Plant Factory, Inc. offers the very best shipping processes to ensure quick, safe, and near-perfect results every time. Cold and heat may deter your order temporality until it is safe to receive and plant your plants/trees in your area. At our discretion, we will hold order till the threat is gone ensuring you with the healthiest- viable product ordered.

All plant sales are final. Perishable and non-perishable items cannot be returned without The Plant Factory Inc. prior permission. A 35% restocking fee will be accessed for the total purchase price of the order of all perishable items. As long as the plant is alive and in “like-new condition” within one (1) week of receipt. The Plant Factory, Inc. is not responsible for the cost of return shipping of any product. By accepting live nursery stock, the customer accepts The Plant Factory, Inc. seller’s terms and conditions of sale, which in compass the entire agreement.


Once an order is completed, customers must call The Plant Factory, Inc. directly at 251-644-4216 immediately during our business hours Monday - Friday from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm CST. Orders canceled, will charged 10% of the order cancellation fee. Once the order is processed, shipped with a shipping tracking number, it cannot be canceled. Orders can not be canceled via email.
