Lynwood Gold is one of the showiest Forsythia around. It has one of the largest blooms of most varieties on the market and is our top selling Forsythia. Tons of large bell-shaped, lemon-yellow flowers cover the whole stem of the plant and last at least 2 weeks in most conditions. A large growing shrub, Lynwood Gold will never disappoint. Upright arching habit, fast growing, very easy to maintain, this shrub will adorn any landscape. Dark green leaves appear right after blooming and make a showy shrub that last till first frost. Lynwood Gold has excellent fall color, as green turns to dark purple before winter.
Lynwood Gold looks great as a lone specimen. It also makes a large hedge or border, if needed. This shrub grows around 24” a year, making it a desirable option to screen unwanted sights.
